I found this image interesting while taking an evening ferry from NYC.  At the time I received the image – I just thought it was neat image of the Statue of Liberty. As I have gotten older,  reflecting on the image – what does it mean to you?

Is the american way – of Life Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness still alive and well? Like a spotlight in the dark cold world.  Or is is fading out? 

I guess the answer really depends on our point of view.
